Lisa is Josh's #1 fan.  She is also Meyer Motorsports General Manager.  She manages not only the business end, but the team as well, keeping everyone on a smooth and even keel throughout the race season through her unending support and encouragement of both Josh and the team members.

Lisa assists in off season preparation and promotions.  Lisa also assists in scheduling, pre-race car preparation, and post race repairs.  During the actual race Lisa can be found in the stands, with the rest of Josh's loyal fans, cheering him on until she loses her voice.

Josh made one of his smartest decisions in the race of life by convincing Lisa to become his wife in October of 2004.  Lisa has supported Josh through thick and thin, loss and win since his Sno-Cross days.

Lisa and Josh currently reside in Fairmont, Minnesota with Dozer the dog and Lucy the cat and Larry
the Cat.
